Good to know

Questionsbuyers ask.

Are you a manufacturer or a trader?

A sourcing and supply company. We don't run a factory: we buy from growers and specialist processing units in Gujarat — cleaning, colour-sorting, hulling, dehydration and milling partners — and we take responsibility for each lot from purchase to delivery: specification, testing, packing and paperwork. That keeps our overheads low and lets us use the best unit for each product.

What is your minimum order?

It depends on the product and whether it ships by road within India or as an export consignment. Fresh curry leaves start at 5 kg. Other products are sold by the bag (usually 25 or 50 kg) within India, and by pallet or container for export; trial export orders can go as a shared container (LCL). Private-label retail packs are quoted per batch. Tell us what you need and we'll confirm.

Can I see a sample before ordering?

Yes. We send a sample before a first order so you can check colour, size, aroma and test results against your standard. The approved sample becomes the reference for your lot. We confirm the sample cost and courier when you ask.

How are your prices set?

Each product has a daily market rate at Gujarat's trading centres — Unjha for cumin, fennel and psyllium, Gondal and Rajkot for coriander, chilli and groundnut, Mahuva for dehydrated onion. Our quote is that rate plus cleaning, grading, testing, packing and freight, shown line by line. Within India we quote per kg or per quintal, ex-Rajkot or delivered; for export we quote FOB or CIF in US dollars. Because market rates move daily, each quote states how long it is valid.
